We have enjoyed a lovely beginning to the new school year in EY1. During the first few days we were at a little shy and tended to explore our new learning spaces and materials alone or while observing others. Over the past two weeks we have quietly been making discoveries about our classmates and teachers and become more confident to interact with our peers. Through shared interests, collaborative experiences and conversations (both verbally and nonverbally) we have been building connections with each other. We are enjoying the present discoveries and exchanges with new friends and we are excited and looking forward to a wonderful year ahead.
